Our Pricing Calmify Wellness

There are no additional price increases for the Initial Intake assessment or couples’ sessions. Calmify currently accepts Nevada Medicaid, Molina Healthcare, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem, Aetna, CHAMPVA, Ambetter, and cash/private pay. Sierra Health and Life is coming soon and is not yet accepted. Credit card, debit card, and health savings account cards are also accepted methods of payment. Payments are stored on file prior to the initial session. Inquire about our Out of Network Reimbursement Plan.

* Cancellation Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged. All cancellations must be submitted 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid fees.
